How do I pay?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Post Office Money Orders, Personal Checks, & Cash.  Once you have ordered, you may choose the form of payment you wish. 

In the case of Paypal, please choose Money Order option, then email us JohnG@oldtoolsnstuff.com after you get order confirmation and let us know you wish to pay via Paypal, and we will send you a PayPal payment request.

How fast will my item be shipped?

In most cases items paid for by Credit card will be shipped in 2-5 business days, so in most case they arrive at your U.S.A. address location in 4-7 days.

What happens if I don't like the item and want to send it back ?

You can return items for any reason by emailing us to let us know you are returning it.  You must notify us within 15 days after your purchase is shipped if you wish to return your purchase to you.  If your purchase was not as described you will receive a full refund for the cost of the purchase.  If it was as described, but you just want to return it a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the purchase price, for a total of an 80% refund in this case.  Refunds are mailed in check form within three days after your return arrives at our location in the same condition is was sent to you.  If it was damaged in shipment, please  contact us as soon as possible, we insure most items over $20, so we would then need to process the insurance refund.  There is generally no need for you to mail the item back in the case of shipment damage, as most insurers require only a report filled out on the claim by the buyer and seller.

How often do package get damaged in shipment?

We have found that less than 2% of our packages are damaged in shipment.  We take much care in packaging, as we realize many items we sell are difficult to replace.  We have found that most insurance claims on damage or lost packages take from 2 weeks to 2 months to be approved, before a refund to you is submitted.  We generally ship via FedEx or The U.S. Postal Service.
